SERi BLONDE is a professional dust-free hair bleaching powder specially designed for hair de-colorization processes,such as streaks,highlights,etc.

How to use BLEACHING Powder: Use SERI BLONDE Bleaching Powder with FARCOM PROFESSIONAL CREAM DEVELOPER 6% - 20vol, 9% - 30vol or 12% - 40vol (depending on the desired degree of lightening) according to the following indicative ratio: Mix 1part of bleaching powder and 2 parts of Oxycream in a non-metallic bowl and apply to dry,unwashed hair.Check a small section of hair regulary until you attain the desired result (recommended processing time 20-35 minutes). Rinse off with warm water and wash with the SERI EXPERTS ASSIST.The lower the concentration of the activator -the gentler the lightening process.The lift level depends on the strenght of the Oxycream,on the color,hair type and on the processing time.
