Lighten up to 3 shades – bleach eyebrows to match dyed-blond hair – lighten before tinting with no. 4 and 4.1.

For professional use only. Can cause an allergic reaction. Patch test is advisable. Wear suitable gloves. Avoid contact with eyes.

Skin sensitivity test. There is a small number of individuals who show an allergic reaction to hair colours. In very rare cases this reaction may be severe. In order to reduce the risk of an allergic reaction it is important to carry out a skin sensitivity test. This skin sensitivity test must be carried out 48 hours before each application to ascertain if there is an allergy or sensitivity against the product or if such has emerged since the last application. In exceptional cases irritations can occur only after 72 hours. If you know that a hypersensitivity could be on hand, leave the mixture for 72 hours on the skin. Instructions: Mix 1 cm of RefectoCil Eyelash and Eyebrow Tint with 1 cm of RefectoCil Oxidant 3%. Apply a small amount to a small area on the inner bend of the elbow or behind the ear. Allow to dry and leave uncovered for 48-72 hours, then clean thoroughly. If any irritation occurs during this time do not carry out the treatment.

Usage

Preparation: In the cosmetic dish mix 2 cm of the lightening paste and 20-25 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant cream into a creamy paste using the enclosed application stick.

Lightening: Once your customer has closed her eyes, apply the creamy paste onto the eyebrows with the help of the application stick. Application time: depending on the blonding effect desired (5 - 20 min).

Cleaning the eyebrows: At the end of the application time, remove any excess paste with a dry cotton ball, then clean with a moist cotton ball. Then clean with RefectoCil Demaquillant (especially if tinting is to be done afterwards).
